OUR ORGANIZATION

Departments

LifeLab's departments work together to support the organization's programs, operations and day-to-day activities. Each unit has a defined role while maintaining close coordination with the others to ensure that programs are planned, implemented, monitored and supported effectively.

This internal structure brings together program management, monitoring and learning, finance, human resources, procurement, logistics, information management and communications. Through this coordination, LifeLab seeks to maintain organized processes, responsible use of resources and consistent support for its activities and communities.

Operations, Programs & Strategies (OPS)

The Operations, Programs and Strategies unit oversees the coordination and implementation of LifeLab's programs and activities. It helps connect strategic objectives with practical implementation and works across departments to maintain coordination between programs, operational requirements and organizational priorities.

The unit supports program planning from the early stages of an initiative through implementation and follow-up. This includes contributing to project design, defining activities, identifying operational requirements and coordinating with the departments involved in delivery.
